Sue Jeirles
Master Stylist / Owner
Sue Jeirles is the creative force behind Total Concept Salon. Sue has been in the beauty industry since 1993. When she took ownership of the salon in 2001, her goal was to grow a successful business with highly skilled stylists. During her years as owner, Total Concept has grown into a well-known multi-operator salon, which has fulfilled Sue’s dream as a stylist and owner. An ardent proponent of continuing education, Sue attends seminars and conferences as often as possible and ensures the staff has the same opportunities. This commitment to learning makes it possible for Total Concept to continuously offer the latest styles and techniques.
Amber Wise
Expert Stylist
A familiar face at Total Concept since 2005, Amber takes her profession very seriously, making sure each guest that leaves her chair is completely satisfied. Amber loves the fact that styles change daily and is always up for giving our guests the stylish new look they desire. Throughout her career, Amber has also participated in continuing education courses to ensure she has the experience necessary to exceed her clients’ expectations.

A passionate hairstylist, Ashley Mook, always drives to build your confidence and make you feel your very best. Ashley is always continuing her education to make sure she can fulfill her clients’ needs and bring their visions to life.

Claire is dedicated to staying ahead of the latest trends. She believes that education in the beauty industry never stops, and she’s committed to continuously learning new techniques to bring the best services to her future clients.

Becoming a licensed esthetician was always a dream of Hannah’s. As a recent graduate of Central Pennsylvania Institute, she’s bringing a new and exciting service menu to Total Concept! Hannah has always had a love for the beauty industry and enjoys keeping up with the ever changing trends. Whether you’re looking for eyelash extensions for your next event or just want to relax and unwind with a soothing facial or an anti-aging treatment, she’s got you covered!

Being in customer service for 34 years, Vickie’s first priority is taking care of her guests. Her years of working in customer service have given her the edge of knowing the smallest detail in providing customer satisfaction. Teamwork is one of her best qualities which enables her to complete the customer experience.
